Write to the Board of Education
Say who you are and which school you're connected to, what immersion has meant for your family, and what you want the Board to do. A few honest sentences are enough.
What makes a comment count
- Start with what you're asking for, in one sentence.
- Name your program and school, such as “French immersion at Sligo Creek ES.”
- Tell one specific story about your child or your family.
- Use your own words. Our six asks are a starting point, not a script.
To speak at a hearing or Board meeting, watch for sign-up windows. They open for only a few days and slots are limited. See how public comment works
